1. Who We Are

A-TECH NINJA LLC is a limited liability company organized in the United States and operating as a computer integrated systems design practice. Our bench is located at 6973 W Amarante Dr, Tucson - 85743-5021, United States (US). We design, build and maintain integrated systems for organizations that need their channels, desks and glide paths to hold steady through every season.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, A-TECH NINJA LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy when we collect it through our website or in connection with our own business relationships. Where we process information on behalf of a client as part of a systems engagement, the client remains the controller and we act as a processor under the terms of the relevant services agreement.

ATech Ninja is the developer who maintains the website and the supporting systems for the company, and this policy was written with that role in mind. Any question about how this policy applies to a particular interaction can be directed to the contact details listed at the end of this document.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers the personal information we collect through the website at dovemountaintech.com, through email and telephone contact with our bench, through proposals and service agreements, and through the ordinary course of delivering our six service lanes. It does not cover the practices of third parties, and it does not replace the privacy terms that a client may have agreed with us in a separate written contract.

Some parts of this policy apply only to visitors of the website, some apply only to clients and prospective clients, and some apply to both. Where a section is specific to one group we say so. Where the policy refers to you, it means the individual reading it, whether that individual is a visitor, a representative of a client, a supplier or another person whose information reaches our bench.

Our services are intended for businesses and other organizations. We do not offer consumer-facing products, and we do not knowingly direct our services to private individuals acting outside a professional or organizational context.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to answer an inquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver a service or keep our business records in order. The categories of information we may collect are described below.

Contact and identity information

This includes your name, job title, organization name, work email address, work telephone number and the postal address you give us for correspondence or invoicing. When you use the contact form on the website we receive the name, email address, subject and message you choose to enter.

Business relationship information

This includes the history of our correspondence, meeting notes, the scope of a proposal, invoices and payment records, and any other information you choose to share about your organization in the course of planning an engagement.

Technical and usage information

When you visit the website, our hosting environment may record technical information such as the type of browser you use, the pages you request, the date and time of the request and a truncated network address. This information is used to keep the website available and secure and is not used to build advertising profiles.

Project information

Where we deliver services, we may receive information about your systems, including configuration details, diagrams, logs, tickets and the names of team members who own particular channels. This information is handled as described in the section on client and project data.

We do not ask for and do not wish to receive sensitive categories of personal information such as health records, financial account numbers, government identification numbers or information about a persons precise location unless a specific engagement genuinely requires it and a written agreement puts appropriate safeguards in place. If you believe such information has reached us without a proper agreement, please tell us promptly so we can delete it.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you in most cases. You may give us information when you complete the contact form, send an email, leave a voicemail, speak with us on the telephone, hand over a business card at a meeting, accept a proposal or sign a service agreement. We may also receive information indirectly from colleagues who introduce you to our bench or from a shared channel that your organization provides for a project.

Some information arrives automatically when you use the website, as described in the technical and usage category above. We do not buy personal information from data brokers, we do not scrape social media profiles, and we do not enrich our records with information purchased from third party list vendors. If we ever wish to add a source of information, this policy will be updated before that source is used.

5. Why We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell personal information, we do not rent mailing lists and we do not use the information we hold to serve advertising. Our business model is built on services delivered to organizations, not on the monetization of personal data.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website is intentionally light. It does not set advertising cookies, it does not embed social media tracking pixels, and it does not load third party analytics that build profiles across sites. The hosting environment may use a small number of strictly necessary cookies or similar tokens to keep the site available and to protect it from abuse. These tokens do not identify you as an individual and are not used for marketing.

If we introduce a cookie that is not strictly necessary in the future, we will ask for your consent before it is set and we will update this policy to describe it. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refusing a strictly necessary cookie may affect how the website behaves, but it will not prevent you from reading the pages.

8. How We Share Information

We share personal information only where there is a clear reason and a suitable safeguard. We may share information with the service providers described in the next section, with professional advisers such as accountants and legal counsel, and with authorities where we are required by law to do so. We may also share information within our own company where that is necessary to deliver a service.

If the business is ever sold, merged or reorganized, information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction, provided that the successor agrees to honor the commitments in this policy. We do not otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

9. Service Providers

Like most professional practices, we rely on a small number of service providers to run our bench. These may include a website hosting provider, an email provider, an accounting platform and a secure storage service for diagrams and logs. Each provider is chosen for its reliability and is bound by a contract that limits how it may use the information it processes for us.

Service providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use the information we share for their own purposes. Where a provider processes information in a country other than the one in which the information was collected, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where those are required. We review our providers periodically and replace any provider that does not meet the standard we require.

10. Client and Project Data

When we deliver a service, we often receive information about a client system, including configuration files, diagrams, logs, tickets and the names of the people who own each channel. This information is treated with particular care because it may reveal how an organization works. We hold it on the Amarante Dr bench systems, we limit access to the team members who need it for the engagement, and we return or delete it according to the written agreement with the client.

Where a client shares information about its own customers or users, the client remains the controller of that information and we act as a processor. In that case the client is responsible for having a lawful basis to share the information with us, and we process it only for the purpose of the engagement. We do not use client project data to train models, to build profiles or for any purpose other than the delivery of the agreed services.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as a legal obligation requires. Inquiry correspondence is kept for a reasonable period in case you get in touch again and is then deleted. Proposal records and service agreements are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by accounting and tax law afterward.

Project data is kept for the term of the engagement and for an agreed handover period, after which it is returned to the client or destroyed in line with the written agreement. Technical logs from the website are kept for a short rolling window and are then purged automatically. When we no longer need a category of information we delete it securely or, where deletion is not feasible, we anonymize it so that it can no longer be linked to an individual.

12. How We Protect Information

We protect information with a set of ordinary but deliberate measures. Access to our systems is limited to the team members who need it, accounts are protected with strong authentication, devices are encrypted and kept current, and backups are stored in a separate location so that a single failure cannot destroy the log. We do not use shared passwords, and we revoke access promptly when a team member leaves or a project ends.

No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is perfectly secure. We work to reduce risk to a level that is appropriate for the information we hold, but we cannot promise absolute security. If a security incident affects personal information, we will notify the affected parties and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and we will explain what happened in plain language.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request a copy of it, the right to have inaccurate information corrected, the right to request deletion, the right to restrict or object to certain processing, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise a right, write to the bench using the contact details at the end of this policy and describe the request clearly. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country or region. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern directly before you do so.

14. California Privacy Rights

Residents of California may have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the business purposes for which we use it and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. Residents may also have the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a California right, contact the bench at the email address below and state that the request is made under California privacy law. We will confirm receipt, verify your identity where needed and respond within the period the law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if the agent provides written permission from you.

15. Privacy for Children

Our website and our services are intended for organizations and their representatives. They are not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to our bench, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.

Where an engagement involves systems that serve children, for example a scheduling platform used by a clinic, the client is responsible for the consents and safeguards required by law, and we act as a processor on the client instructions. We do not use any information from such an engagement for our own purposes.

16. International Visitors

A-TECH NINJA LLC operates from the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States. If you visit the website or contact the bench from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your own country. Where the law requires transfer safeguards, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that information transferred across borders receives a level of protection consistent with this policy. If you have a question about how a specific transfer is protected, write to the bench and we will explain the mechanism that applies.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our providers or the law. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, post a short note on the website or send a note to clients with an active engagement. The most current version of the policy will always be available at this address.

We encourage you to return to this page occasionally if you would like to stay current. Continued use of the website after a revision takes effect indicates your acceptance of the revised policy to the extent that acceptance is required by law.
